Please be aware:

  • Do not sign the document ahead of time.
  • All documents must be signed in the presence of the notary.
  • You will be required to show valid government issued photo ID that is not expired.
  • You must be aware of the document you are signing and will be required to take an oath or affirmation.  An affirmation is a formal declaration before the notary by a person who executed a document as his/her free act and deed.

**A notary is not an attorney and cannot provide legal advise.  A notary must always remain impartial and cannot advise or influence a person to enter into or refrain from entering into a lawful transaction.  A notary does not have the authority to prepare legal documents or recommend a course of action in legal transactions.  Any person who is in need of such assistance should consult an attorney.

We charge reasonable fees for appointments, travel and time commitments to getting the job done.   Please contact us for a quote for your specific needs.

Do you notarize documents for persons in a hospital or nursing home?

YES.  We frequently notarize for persons who cannot travel to a notary.  * Please be aware however, that any person(s) requesting notarial services must be competent in the notary's judgement.  Competence means that the individual understands his/her actions.  A notary will refuse to perform any notarial act for a person who is clearly incompetent.

Any service to a hospital or nursing home is subject to a minimum charge and other applicable fees.  A pre-payment of such fees in advance may be requested.  If any person is deemed incompetent to sign in our judgement, such fees will still be due for travel and time.

If your document requires two (2) witnesses you will need another person to be the 2nd witness, who is neither a signatory nor beneficiary.  We can provide a second witness, for a charge, upon request.

We are happy to assist you and your family members.

Do you provide signing agent services for real estate or contract signing?

YES.  We provide signing agent services, including printing, courier, and mailing/FedEx/UPS agent services.
